Vintage c. 1930s, Cobalt Blue Mt. Pleasant "Double Shield" Sugar & Creamer

Description

A lovely vintage Cobalt Blue Mt. Pleasant "Double Shield" Sugar & Creamer made in the 1930s.  This set features a deep blue color glass with the double shield emblem embedded under the handles.  The top has a lovely scrolled look with a metal like finish.  This is a beautiful set.  The condition is excellent - no fleabites or chips.  There is a "wave" or "fold" in the bottom of the creamer -that you can see in the last picture.  This is a normal result of the manufacturing process and is not a crack.  The only issue is a slight wear of the metal finish on the top....otherwise, these are in pristine condition.  They stand 2 1/2" tall and 3 1/2" inches across.  I have 2 sets of these Sugar & Creamers.  I have also listed a matching serving bowl in the same design "Double Shield" by L. E. Smith.
