1. High grade Teflon coated heating elements.
Highly anti-corrosive and durable heating elements coated with Teflon. With sauna stone, you could sprinkle water onto it to increase the temperature and humidity, give you a totally different feeling!
2. 240V single phase.  Hard wiring needed.
3. On-heater digital controller NTS-100 included.
4. High-temperature cutoff device with manual reset button for extra safety
5. Rock protector included to avoid hot rocks falling.

Our experienced technical support team are glad to answer your question about the production or about your sauna.  If anything goes wrong during the warranty period, we will provide you free replacement if confirmed that problem was caused by defective parts, or you could return the product back to us for service. Buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
