Of all the people I’ve ever photographed, I’ve worked the hardest to get to Charlie Watts. Glad I did. He once phoned to tell me that I make him look like a movie star. This photograph was at sound check in Los Angeles. Shortly after, Keith and Ron walked over to say hello. I stayed on stage as the band ripped through a few Stones classics. Absolutely amazing.
