Our high-quality stones are imported from Finland.   We receive them in factory boxes, however we re-box them to offer the best shipping value, which saves you money.  Most orders ship the same day so you'll generally receive within 2-3 days!
IMPORTANT!
Peridotite stones are a dense, course-grained igneous rock. Only certain types of stones should be used in a sauna heater.  The wrong stones can crack or even explode. These are from Finland, where the best are found.  Our stones produce soft heat when water is applied-- which is an essential part of the sauna experience.
**Please include a valid contact number for shipping. UPS and other delivery services often require this information. Failure to do this may delay your shipment.
Shipping
We reserve the right to ship UPS or USPS, whichever is most practical for your shipment. Many items purchased by 2:00 pm CST are shipped the same day.
Payment
We accept payment through PAYPAL only.
TOTAL AMOUNT DUE equals PRICE plus S&H (Shipping and Handling).
S&H is determined by the SHIP TO ADDRESS.
Returns
We appreciate your business and will strive to do everything possible to make your purchase a pleasurable one. Following are the basic guidelines we follow on returns:
Most items must be returned within 10 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or in-house credit (minus shipping and handling). The customer is responsible for shipping expense and ensuring that merchandise is in new condition, in the original packaging with all of the manufacturer's information. Returns are only accepted from orders sent to the United States and Canada.
No returns for refunds or exchanges shall be granted after 10 days of receipt.
Guarantee
We warrant all of our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship and agree to remedy any such defects. All warranties exclude postage and handling charges as well as charges for removal and installation. Warranties vary by product, but in general it should be understood that all warranty work must be done by THE SAUNA PLACE. Any unauthorized work by anyone else will void your warranty.
